ALUimage

ALUimage is a cutting-edge graphics solution for aluminium signage. This innovative product was brought to our attention by the CEO, Andrew Wilshire. He was launching it into the US market and required a complete design package. MDG Design started with the corporate ID, brochures, website and then moved onto product development. This medium, because of its durability aspect, can be used for a wide variety of applications and some of the key industries initially targeted were Zoo's and Amusement Parks.

Within 12 months ALUimage have key installations at the Bronx and North Carolina Zoo's, Sea World Orlando, US Navy, Diebold, Zippo, US Post Office with American Postal Manufacturing. ALUimage also has work-in-progress with Budweiser and US EmbassyÕs in Armenia and Bulgaria; and, distribution deals with several leading signage firms.

Recently they were awarded Best New Product by the very influential, Society of Environmental Graphic Design at their Trade Show in Philadelphia, June 2004. The Best New Product award is a major achievement, and one that should significantly heighten the interest for ALUimage within the design community.

MDG Design continue to work closely with ALUimage in a design and advisory capacity.
